July 31, & August 1, 9am to 3pm
You may download the packet, fill it out, sign it, and drop it off at 801 Oak Ave. Please do not print double-sided.
The Office will be open during summer hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday through August 1, and will resume regular school hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday on August 6.
Registration Packets
You may download, print, and complete the majority of the packet online. Please do not print double-sided. Please sign all the documents - even if you don't think they apply. If you have questions, please call the office during the above-posted hours.
Documents required of new students to enroll:
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Current Immunization Records
Parent/Guardian Picture ID
Any legal documentation
Custody agreements etc. that affect the student
New to District Students
(did not attend Dalhart Public Schools last year)
Returning Students
(attended Dalhart Public Schools last year)
