The following documents are required to enroll a student for classes:

• Birth certificate

• Current vaccination records

• Social Security card

• Parent ID

  • Driver's license, passport, or other Photo ID

• Proof of residency. Acceptable documents are:

  • City of Dalhart water bill

  • Xcel Energy (or Rita Blanca Electric) bill

  • Atmos Energy bill

  • Notarized letter from landlord

• Legal documentation

  • if applicable, custody orders, restraining orders, or any other type of court-ordered information
