GOOD MORNING!
One of the hardest tests to pass in our program is the ASME Section IX certification. To pass the certification you have to have full penetration with a stop/start half way through. The student has to pass visual, chemical(acid etch), and break. They have to pass all of these to get the certification.
Andrew Bergen passed his ASME Section IX 2F(horizontal) today. This also grants him the ASME Section IX 1F(flat) certification as well.
