Registration Dates for DJHS
8:30 to 4:00 Each Day
August 1, 2023: All incoming 6th Graders and 8th Graders unless you are new to District
August 2, 2023: All incoming 7th Graders (must have copy of updated shot record) Do not wait until the end of the Summer to take care of required vaccinations for entering 7th Grade
August 2, 2023: Any Students New to District
DAY OF REGISTRATION-Returning 6th & 8th Students AND Returning 7th Students
Step 1: Pick up your Registration Packet at the front table.
(Must have proof of residency-utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)
Incoming 7th Graders must show updated shot record with required immunizations.
Please take your time to fill out EVERY form in your packet including the lunch form (this is important as it helps to provide funding for our schools and students). Even if you know you will not qualify for free/reduced meals, it is very important that you fill out the form.
Step 2: Take your completed paperwork to the front office where the ladies will check to make sure all paperwork is complete.

Birth Certificate
SS Card
Parent Driver’s License/ID
Shot Record
Proof of Residency (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)
