Hartley County Sheriff's Office, Dallam County Dispatch, Dalhart ISD, Hartley ISD, and Channing ISD have partnered together to allow our local schools to reach dispatch or officers directly.
This is a game-changer for our ISDs. No longer will ISD Admin or School Bus drivers have to access their phones to contact law enforcement. With the new FirstNet push-to-talk cellular radios, your ISDs can talk directly with dispatch and/or the officers as they respond to the emergency. This will save time and time matters when it comes to school safety.
