Today the Golden Wolf Band received straight 1’s on stage and in sightreading at the UIL Concert/Sightreading contest. As a result, they received the highly coveted Sweepstakes Award. To achieve this bands have to earn a 1st Division in Marching, Concert, and in Sightreading.
This is the highest award Bands can receive in Texas.
