Students New to Dalhart.

Bring with you:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Current Shot Record
- Parent Identification (Drivers' license/passport/official picture ID)
- Proof of Residence (water or electric bill)
Returning Students:
- Current Shot Record
- Proof of Residence if you've moved) (water or electric bill)
Please make sure students are current on vaccines.
