On the way home from the game against Perryton, one of our buses carrying football players encountered an unexpected issue.
Around midnight, two local gentlemen saw the stranded bus and immediately pulled over to help. Realizing additional equipment was needed, they called two more friends to bring the necessary parts so the tire could be changed safely and efficiently. Thanks to their quick thinking and teamwork, our coaches, staff, and players were back on the road and transported home safely.
We are deeply grateful for their kindness, generosity, and willingness to step up late at night to make sure we were able to safely transport our team back home. Moments like this remind us how lucky we are to be part of such a supportive community.
