DHS Senior Painted Parking Spaces
COST: $25 (please bring EXACT cash or check)
WHEN: Spots will be open to reserve July 22, 2026 @ 1pm
***Painting MUST be completed by Aug 9, 2026.

You must have a parking permit before you can reserve your parking spot.
Parking permits for Seniors will be available to purchase July 22, 2026 @ 1pm for $10 in the High School Office.
*Drivers License, Vehicle Insurance and License Plate # are required for permit purchase.

*Please note that allotted parking spots are given on a first come first serve basis.

All other parking permits will be available for students to purchase during registration July 27-28.

Student Council will be hosting a Leadership Camp on July 7, 2026, at Frank Phillips College Dalhart Campus.

Students if you received a letter in the mail about EOC retesting, here is the information for tutoring and testing days.
Test results will be posted in Student Portal from Spring EOC on June 10th.

Collaboration at it's finest! One of our DHS art classes recently collaborated with the Channing PreK & Kinder class on a very special project!  The Channing kiddos imagined and designed their very own monsters, and our high school art students brought those creations to life! Today, the PreK & Kinder students visited the Dalhart High School art room to pick up their monsters, meet the artists who created them, and celebrate with ice cream and cookies.  It was such a fun day filled with creativity, smiles, and new friendships. We are so proud of our students for sharing their talents and making this collaboration so memorable!

Dalhart High School has two events going on tonight!

Our CTE program would like to invite everyone to the Career Tech Showcase in our DHS Cafeteria from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Come see what our CTE programs are all about!! This is open to our community!

Student Council will be hosting a Senior Luminary Night in the DHS Library from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Please look at flyer for an example of the luminaries.
