Good morning Wolf Pack!! We have kicked off our 125 year celebration. We would like to share some information with you. If you have been following the weather, you have noticed we will be receiving much needed rain. We are currently watching the weather and have prepared a Plan A and Plan B for tomorrow and Friday. Plan A is how everything will run without any weather delays/cancellations. Plan B is how everything will run with weather delays/cancellations. We are so excited to start our year of 125 Years of Dalhart ISD!! Join us in kicking off this celebration with Homecoming Week! Here are the dress up days for all Schools. DES and DIS will be the same dress up days. DJHS and DHS will have the same dress up days!

OUR ELDERS HAVE SPOKEN!!! Texas Panhandle Tarps has added another flag. Many have asked for a VINTAGE flag! Student Council will be taking flag orders tomorrow before the game. For every flag sold, $10 will go to Snack Pak 4 Kids and Wolfpack Wardrobe.

Texas Panhandle Tarps have these amazing Dalhart Wolves flags for sale!! For every flag sold, $10 will be donated to support our local Snack Pak 4 Kids and Wolfpack Wardrobe. These two amazing organizations help our district children. Please see flyer for more details.

Homecoming is Friday, September 25! We will kick off a whole year of celebrating 125 years of Dalhart ISD. We are asking our community to PAINT the town PURPLE and GOLD!!

TODAY from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Wolfpack Wardrobe will be accepting donations. Please make sure your clothing in washed. We DO NOT accept used undergarments.

One of our favorite traditions is the BONFIRE!!
Student Council will be collecting tree branches on September 21, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Dalhart High School would like to give a huge shout out and Thank You to these 4 gentlemen who stopped and helped fix one of the buses traveling home form Perryton Friday night. They fixed the bus so our coaches and players could make it home safe. Thank you for your kindness!!

This year, we will be announcing the WOLVES of the month. We will be recognizing a Student, Staff Member, and Teacher who exhibit excellence, dedication and outstanding performance. Congratulations for the August Wolves of the Month:

Student: Kaetlin Sundvahl - Kaetlin is always putting herself before others, is an exceptional leader, and makes sure everyone feels included.

Staff Member: Lori Garcia -Mrs. Garcia is always going above and beyond for our students and staff, she always is welcoming and has a smile on her face.

Teacher: Abbie Read - Coach Read is inspiring, believes in her students, never underestimates her athletes and has a positive impact on both her students and athletes.
