UPDATE: Wolves/Lady Wolves Golf Tournament SUMMER IS A BUSY TIME! Due to a shortage of teams, our golf tournament has been postponed until August 20 (the earliest available date). This should move us past summer vacations and allow for more teams to participate. If you are a person or business that donated for a hole sponsorship, that will still be honored. We thank you for your support! If you care to become a hole sponsor, and haven’t already, please contact Coach Lopez or Coach Catherall and we will be glad to assist you. Several of our CTE teachers learning a lot this summer at the CTE Conference in Lubbock

District 1 and DHS Student Council President, Jolie Bowers, and Vice President, Elexia Dominguez are at the TASC State Steering Retreat in New Braunfels this week. They've made a lot of connections with other students, gained leadership and public speaking skills, and have gotten many projects ideas to bring home to Dalhart.

Monday Through Friday, ages 0-18 (regardless of being enrolled at Dalhart ISD) are eligible for our summer feeding program. Breakfast is served Monday-Friday from 7:30AM- 8:30AM. Lunch is served Monday-Friday from 11:30AM-12:30PM. Meals will be provided through the Dalhart Elementary Cafeteria Monday-Friday through June 30, 2023.

Dalhart ISD Summer Feeding

Attention: High School Students and Parents We initially decided that we would not have semester tests at the high school next week. Our student body has had to deal with so much tragedy this year that we wanted to take the stress of the exams off of their plates. However, after speaking with our attorney regarding the legal liability, and fact that some students may be relying on the semester exam(s) to improve their semester averages, we have decided to meet in the middle and allow parents and students to make this decision independently. SEMESTER EXAMS WILL BE OPTIONAL, but not required. If a student chooses to take the semester exam, we are requesting that they notify their teachers before the end of the school day Monday, May 22,2023. Seniors will still test on Tuesday and everyone else will test on Wednesday and Thursday. From Coach Read ... Parents, Athletes, and Fans: We will be having our annual Dalhart Varsity All Sports Banquet Tuesday May 16 th , 2023. The meal for the athletes will be from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and parents are welcome to attend. The awards assembly will begin at 6:00 p.m. if you choose not to eat. It will be held at the Rita Blanca Coliseum. You can purchase your meal tickets at the door the evening of the banquet. The meal will be catered by The Dust Bowl and the meal tickets will be $10 for adults and children. The awards assembly is free but you must have a meal ticket to eat.
